Anyone know whats the deal with the Bedford District in regards to the teams competing? FIRST/FiM has had 18 teams listed for the past month or 2, and we as a team really can’t start planning for competition scouting if we don’t know who all we’re facing. Plus I’m just a little bit anxious to see who’s going to be there.
Are there really going to be 22 threepeaters at one district? My initial thought was that more teams would be redistributed to Bedford to evenly distribute the threepeaters amongst the last few weeks (a scheduling pain in the butt for sure), although that doesn’t seem to be the case so far.
We are updating information as soon as teams have their volunteers listed in ViMs. We are checking nearly hourly during the day and evening and updating as soon as we have new volunteers. The teams need to notify Gail that they have made their payment, and then she checks if they have volunteers listed. If so, she notifies FIRST and they add them as soon as they can. Not sure if they are adding them one at a time, or all at once.
