Best Batteries in Canada

To my fellow Canadians, specifically the ones in the Greater Toronto Area. Where would one find decent robot batteries in the Great White North to match MK batteries?

I have searched long and hard for local suppliers of MK but to no avail, and I was wondering if there is a good substitute that would not incur damaging, unexpected import duties.

Looking to start off Infinite Recharge with some fresh energy storage units.

1114 and 2056 get our batteries from here: http://www.ceabattery.com/contact.html. Let them know you’re from an FRC team and they’ll be able to help you out.

Also, AndyMark has a reseller, Studica, which has a warehouse in Mississauga. https://www.studica.com/ca/en/AndyMark-Electrical-Components/set-of-2-batteries-power-patrol-sla1116.html

As long as we can all acknowledge that the best source of energy* in Canada is Tim Hortons caffeine then I think we can keep NAFTA in place.

By the way, Montreal is a lovely place even though I’ve only been here for a day so far.

*I think Poutine might have it bested in terms of caloric energy though.

You forgot about Timbits…

Canadian Tire carries them.

UPS Battery Center sells them. We’ve used them for a few years and they are great.
They are also our sponsor!
If you need cables made for your batteries, check out Rosspar.
