Bill of Materials 2022

Just a quick sanity check, is there a FIRST FRC Bill of Materials required for 2022 like in previous years? I can find it for overseas teams, but I can’t find a definite answer for state-side teams?

Does anyone know if the Bill of Materials change from last year is carrying over?
