Maybe 17 will bring a rule about throwing a tube onto your alliance’s tower nets some points. 
Ought to be something about the tower lights not triggering with the minibots. Perhaps allowing a photo finish with review by the referee for close calls.
Definitely think this will be addressed. It caused some close calls.
