boom shakalaka

congrats to the winners of the FORD Sweet Repeat. i don’t remember all the winners but we had a good time.

Awesome job announcing Joe Johnson!!!

NEW HIGH SCORE BOOM SHAKALAKA BOOM SHAKALAKA NEW HIGH SCORE!!!

I think you may have had a little too much Dew to drink

Yep. Joe might’ve had a little too much Dew on Saturday, but I can’t quite figure out what I was on…

Nope, not Dew…gave that up last year.

Hmmm, maybe coffee? Nope, gave that up last February.

Whatever it was, I had fun running around with our flag and stomping on the bleachers whenever those NEW HIGH SCORES came out.

It only goes to show students that engineers are just like all those other “normal” people out there.

Oh well, at least we do know how to have fun (although I told some students I wasn’t going to teach them how to use a sliderule!!)

Congrats to everyone at the Sweet Repeat. It was awesome to see such a spectactular round of finals.

See you all in a few months.

What was the new high score? I had PSATs to do, so i couldn’t go. I know i can find out tomorrow, but other ppl may want to know too!

there wasn’t a new high score. we just said that after there was a high score of the competition. i think the highest score was only 352pts.

I believe the high score of the qualification matches was 352, but the high score of the competition was 376, which was set in the very last match of the finals.

(By the way, for everyone that wasn’t there, there were only three robots in each match, so 376 is pretty decent.)

OOOOOOHHHHHH, ok. I see that! Btw, that score isn’t bad at all for only 3 robots!

lol… gj to all the teams… that went to the sweet repeat… our team was in problems with the border… thus… not having that oppertunity to come… oh wellz… see y’all nxt yr…
