Braves vs Mets @ Nationals

The MArtians were there way up and out by the foul pole. We had a great time, some members on the team had never attended a baseball game and were excited to do it. As for me that is another stadium I can knock off the list, it is our families goal to be at every stadium and we are about half way done.

We were there Friday night also, it was amazing. I always love going to Braves games. I finally got me a tomohawk.

It was great… thanks Andy for the ticket.

Kyle… did you aim high? =)

That was a really fun game and it was absolutely beautiful outside. It was just fun to finally spend some time outside, and it was fun to be in a stadium for a change  . I didn’t really see any other teams there, but we had a good time.

Great game, great view of the Atlanta skyline, and ultimately, a fun time to be there.

The whole problem, during 8 innings, I was doing homework which I later found out I didn’t have to do (pre-assigned before departure without concieving possible interruptions I assume. Oh well, it was fun anyway.

i went to the game on sat…was so pumped cause i LOVE the mets…was so happy when the Mets won again!!!

ack! I’m sad we missed the fireworks! Our team left just as the game ended. It was so great to get outside and watch a baseball game though! I think some of us(at least me…) needed a break from the intensity/artificial lighting, and the game was perfect.

I didn’t actually see a whole lot of other teams there though… I know our team (1816) was there, who else was?

I am glad so many were able to attend a Braves game while in Atlanta. We love the stadium and our team. It is a great place to see a baseball game especially when you consider that it was originally the 1996 Olympic Stadium. What a great job was done reconfiguring it for baseball. My oldest son and I attended track and field there in 1996 and of course go to many Braves games every year. Too bad we lost 2 out of 3 to those Mets  We did however beat them 2 out of 3 in their house.

Dave

it was cool Andy came over to 179’s pit to fix their transmitions and gave all of us there tickets to the game. reason #25 to buy andymark parts “when you have a problem andy gives you free stuff.” we were spending most of our time trying to explain baseball to arefin because knows about as much about it as i know about spelling and grammer.

It was a treat for me because of Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson and Casey Mears being there. My sister despises me for being that close and not getting a good enough picture. Good game too.

Go Mets! We didn’t stay for the fireworks, but David Wright put on his own display in the top of the 9th.
It’s way more fun cheering for the winning team in an away stadium.

d-wright is so amazing!!!

What did they have about FIRST on the marquee? We were not there to see it. :frowning:

The game was great! I really loved the Leapfrogs and the jets that buzzed the stadium. My students had a great time!

I got to do the arm chop in Atlanta. It was sweet.

Another thing off my life list.

I saw it scroll across and say “Welcome to FIRST Team Roboto #447 from Anderson, IN” and some of my teammates said they saw some other teams with similar messages. You’ve got to love a stadium that cares enough to know your there

umm so the braves by far has the coolest rally chant ever, infact it has now been adopted by our team be afraid, be very afraid

The game was OK. However the Peanut Fight that we got into (eventually 45 & 71 too) was incredible! Also the FIREWORKS Rocked! How about that 1812 Overture?!?!?

Befor the fireworks our team along with 71 and people form 45 had a huge peanut fight

IT WAS AWESOME!!!
