Brian & Justin are Right

I’m not sure I agree with the sudden change to the 3 team alliance, especially if one team does not get to (or have to) contribute in at least one match per round.

Regardless of 2 or 3 team alliances however, I agree 100% with Brian and Justin, along with the others who feel that the top 8 seeds have earned the right to CHOOSE the alliances - NOT the teams being ASKED into the playoffs.

As Brian & Justin have stated, making the rule of NO REJECTIONS takes care of almost all the problems people are concerned about.

  • No pre-florida agreements (if we make it we pick you, if you make it you pick us)
  • No pre-elimination round picked super alliances
  • & seeding actually will mean something.
    those 8 teams, in order of 1-8, deserve to alliance with whoever they feel is the best team available for them.
    They earned that right.
    I really hope FIRST makes this a rule.
