Massive congratulations! This has been a stellar season now for several 17X teams. Banners for 172, 173, 175, 176, 177, 179 
171 still has a shot week 6, and 178 has DCMP.
174 is sadly defunct

along with us and 133 for the ride at UNH was 1350, The Rambots. Not only did 1350 win their first ever banner in their 20 year history, they also won their first judged award since 2004 (their rookie season).
I am very happy that another 20+ year curse met its end at UNH, along with us.

FRC Team 1501 T.H.R.U.S.T. has finally won the Indiana FIRST Robotics state Championship.
Bridesmaids no more.
Districts started in Indiana 2015.

Honestly because of how the students rotate out if you don’t win a Banner every 4 years, students will get this same feeling when they win their first banner. We are currently in a 10 year drought of banners so I know winning that next one will feel as amazing as it did the last time

Another year comes and goes.
2 more silvers added to the list. (On the plus side, it allowed us to create these cool shirts - frc1153.myspreadshop.com)
We did go to champs this year (ty districts) and although we werent picked, we did win our first judged award at champs, the Team Sustainability Award.
Really hoping for next year to be the one. We have learned a lot from this year and are ready to apply it to the offseason and into next season. This is really important to me as it will be my last year competing as a student, and I really want to make it count.

This is VERY old news by this point, but I noticed it wasn’t mentioned in the original post 2 years ago, so wanted to add it for recognition and postarity. Just before 599 broke their streak, 568 got their first event win the month before

This happened a while ago, but still significant that I want to share it since it’s a significant event. This year team 353 won a regional for the first time in 23 years! (2001 Long Island) On top of that, we also won our second regional (first time we’ve ever won more than 1 event in a season), and even made it to the Archimedes finals!
