Building robot code didn't work

we are trying to use some example files because we are new to coding and when we run the robot code we get this error

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

  • What went wrong:
    Could not determine the dependencies of task ‘:extractReleaseNative’.

Could not resolve all files for configuration ‘:nativeRelease’.
Could not resolve edu.wpi.first.hal:hal-cpp:2022.1.1.

Do you have a github repository or something, so that we can see the code?

Are you deploying from an online file share like Google Drive? If so, try downloading the code locally.
