We’re not sure if the blue material must be fastened (or sewed) onto the bumper frame. We would like to attach the blue material with velcro only . Thank you!
Yes, you may attach them with velcro, provided the velcro is only in the “hard parts” of the bumper (ie on top of or behind the plywood), per Q&A 798. Make sure the covers attach well and will not come off in vigorous game play. Also make sure they don’t droop outside of the bumper zone!
