Bunch of jaguar problems

First of all, our team ordered two new Jaguars from IFI with our PDV. One of the two received had none of the jumpers installed, and failed to work at all. Is anyone aware of the RMA procedure of IFI?

Second, our team has two jaguars from last year, one which never worked, and one which failed recently. Does anyone know if TI still honors their RMAs?

Third, I have one Jaguar that appears to function properly over PWM, but I can’t see it in CAN at all. Any thoughts?
