That’s ok. Your PC must be running slow. Then again, could be the Coke…
Actually it would be because of his CABLE internet running slow…not his PC…but i seriously doubt he has those problems…

i use comcast @Home and it somethimes does retarded stuff. like acting slow and disconnecting from the servers
Oh, it couln’t be the PC then…
I have media one, actually they got bought out by AT&T so that’s who I 've got.
Hey Caryoln,
Do u by any chance know how much a month your cable internet service is???
I’ll find out. I only pay part of it.
Comcast @Home is $40 a month. i beleve that you guys and kokomo are supposed to get cable modem acess soon. at least thats what i heard from my uncle that lives there
I can already get @Home and its like $30 a month…i checked into it like 5 months ago and i didnt want to spend my money on it then and there was like a 3 week waiting list…
I have Cox @ Home and it is $35 a month, but it was orginally $30 a month. But I also have Cox Cable. Without Cox cable my internet would be $45 a month.
Sometimes if your connections is running like real slow for real long. Just un-plug the cable modem wait a couple of minutes and plug it back in. Works for me a lot.
I’d rather get DSL for the sole purpose of multiplayer gaming.
You can play Multiplayer gaming on Cable. In fact I think that it is easier to play on a cable modem than a DSL. No longing on.
I did have media one but they got bought out by AT&T. Now our rate is $55 a month.

But with cable, to be completely safe, you really need a firewall, and that restricts gameplay a lot. With DSL, you can actually have the Static IP turned off.
