*We do a simulated game kickoff as the culmination of our fall Design Team training cycle, and have found it to be useful practice to gel as a new design team. Tend to create challenges that students have not focused on the prior year to freshen their thinking. This year we are opening it up to the wider community. Here is the announcement that our students have posted in a few forums
Use this however it most benefits your design training, whether you design a whole robot, or focus on a subsystem of interest. This is not a 1-day CADathon, get your sleep before kickoff. Working with your team, individually or asking to collaborate with other teams are all acceptable. The Discord server will stay live during the exercise. Have fun and embrace the challenge! We’ll kickoff our mock game on November 29, 2022 at 6:30 PM, then teams will have the rest of the week to design their best interpretations or ideas.
