I was watching rusthounds team 868 in their deep climb (I have linked the video below), and I thought of a question regarding hanging. I know you are not allowed to hang off of the top of the cage (anchor), but what is NOT specified is if you can touch the underbelly of the anchor. If I could get an answer before we commit to a design that would be great!
