camera Axis M1011 problem

i have a problem with this camera their is no image showing up when using the driver station via Crio, But with the Simulator it works fine. I am guessing its a ip problem. But here is the camera coding.

With both your computer and the camera plugged into the router, can you access the camera directly by going to http://10.43.72.11 in your web browser?

The default Dashboard is setup to show a camera image only when the camera is connected to the DLink and setup by the camera tool for that configuration.

The code you posted is for connecting the camera to the cRIO, not to the Dashboard.

Where do you have the camera connected and how did you set it up?

yes i can access the camera using the ip. The camera utility give a error all the time saying can t acces camera manually create a user FRC(wich i did). I even try factory reset and still can t use that utility. \

THe camera is power with the distribution board and connected ethernet to the router and Crio connected to the router

See if the Dashboard is displaying a Mbps value, just not a picture.

The default camera settings are too bandwidth intensive and will result in a blank screen on the Dashboard.
The settings need to be changed on the Dashboard and are interactive, so once the settings are reduced below about 5Mb/s an image should appear.

To start with, try settings of:

  • 320 x 240
  • 10 fps
  • 50% compression
