So, we got the DS and the cRIO set up and all of the motors/relays working. We can get the camera to show an image on the Servo Camera Example but the DS just says “Timeout in Camera Communications” and I can’t get it to change.
we also have the DS and cRIO set up with all of the motors working through ethernet. We have also setup wireless, but we can’t seem to setup the camera so that we can view the camera feed in the Dashboard or in LabView. We can get the camera feed by connecting to it using the crossover cable and by accessing it through the IP address.
But when we are trying to get the camera feed in LabView, we are getting error -44003, which says that the cRIO is having trouble communicating/being authenticated with the camera. Is there a documentation somewhere on how we can get it working?
Sorry for invading your post, but I feel as if both of our problems are somehow connected.
You might want to connect the camera to a computer and check the accounts. Or just run the camera setup Tool. The camera has account authentication, and the WPILib code sends the account info FRC, FRC. If that account hasn’t been registered with the camera, I believe that is the error you will receive.

we were having the same issue. switched to a custom dashboard and the issue disappeared.
Run the update package to uninstall it, then reinstall it. It worked for us.
We have got our camera up and communicating with the DS. But we still get the error code 44003. we have the root and frc account on the camera set up. any suggestions?
Tell us you uninstall, then reinstalled the Driver Station Update?
Does your Dashboard have most of the right side blank?
