Anyone who competed at Palmetto have any lessons learned about what camera settings (ie frame rate, resolution) are compatible with FMS bandwidth throttling? This would be for live video display of a single camera on the driver station.
While I don’t know exact settings, the 7Mbps bandwidth throttling is implemented on the OMP-5AN radio side, not the FMS side. Thus, your radio is already performing the bandwidth limit. If you are fine at home on practice you are probably fine on the field, but the FTA may still ask you to turn down resolution/framerate.
General video settings vs bandwidth metrics are listed in a table on page 7 here: http://archive.firstinspires.org/sites/default/files/uploadedFiles/Robotics_Programs/FRC/Game_and_Season__Info/2013/FMSWhitePaper_RevA.pdf
