Can a Human Plyer roll cargo onto the field thru the lower Terminal openings?

Is there any rule that says you can NOT roll a cargo thru the lower Terminal opening onto the field?? Seen it done on several competition videos.

You can in auto but not in tele-op.

We had a human player feeding a ball to our autonomous all weekend at Humber.

The only issue I saw is the human player has to be REALLY careful not to extend their hand too far or they’ll pick up a penalty. (Happened to us a couple of times.)
