Our robot is not picking up 4 of our 7 falcons in Phoenix Tuner. We’ve triple checked the connections on the robot, and no loose connections or disconnected segments were found. I’m stumped as to what’s going on. Any ideas?

3 NEOs
7 Falcons
if they have duplicate ids, you won’t see them, plug them in one at a time and set unique ids.
IIRC you can also change all of the visible items to a new unused ID, and only one of the motors on each duplicate ID will change to the new ID.
Phoenix tuner should detect the multiples as multiples and say multiple devices on this ID. I agree though it could be the problem especially if they are new and all device 0
