For supply voltage or PWM input voltage? The PWM input should work at 3.3V. The supply voltage was designed to work at 12V; I’m not sure exactly what the minimum is, but I wouldn’t bet on anything much below 8V working.

It’s a good bet @Peter_Johnson is right but I’d test it before investing much time and money into the project (some old hobby controllers are 5V not 3.3V and might not trigger).

Also, the data sheet says the power can go down to 6 volts but I’d guess the motors may struggle at that point.
