Can we connect a sparkMax Neo motors and VictorSPX motorController on the same CAN network?

Hi,
I would like to know if we can connect sparkMax Neo motors and VictorSPX motorController on the same CAN network. If so, do we have to configure SparkMax Neo and VictorSPX separately ?

Yes you can, and yes you do.

SparkMaxs are made by REV and configured by the Rev Hardware Client.

VictorSPX (among others) are made by CTRE and configured by Phoenix Tuner.

What @Fletch1373 said, with one caveat: If you are using a new CTRE CANivore CAN bus, those only support a subset of newer CTRE products. If you’re using the CAN bus on the RoboRIO, REV and CTRE devices work together just fine.
