Would be an interesting topic for “kamikaze” robots.
Just double checked the rules, Rule G209 prohibits robots from contacting any opponent robot that is also in contact with their charge station, while in the Endgame time period.
However, if the opponent’s robot is “in contact with its charge station and partially in its opponent’s loading zone is not protected by this rule”.

Per G207, if you are in the opponent’s loading zone or community you cannot contact an opposing robot (Foul per instance).
After that, if you contact an opposing robot that’s in contact with its Charge Station, you run into G209 penalties where the opposing robot gets credit for being Docked and Engaged.
You also run into G304 penalties if you’re in contact with the opponents Charge Station.
All of that’s to say… I wouldn’t recommend it.
