Can you stuff litter into the Recycling Containers to be able to put more than one?

In our brainstorming process the students on our team were considering stuffing the litter into the container with the robot. Is this possible? Like so when you stuff the litter into the container you can then add more then one or is this considered “illegal” by first? Thanks for the help!

I suggest you read the rules more carefully. On page 21 of the game manual, we have “A maximum of one (1) litter will be scored per recycling container”

You can put as many as you like in one Container.

However, only one gets counted. Whether or not you want to waste your time is your choice.
