CANCoders Not Working

My FRC team recently purchased some CANCoders and attempted to attach them to our robot. We followed the user guide and double-checked all of our wiring, but for some reason, they aren’t working. No matter what we do, the CANCoders just blink orange, which doesn’t really make sense. According to the LED sheet on the manual, blinking yellow means the magnet is in place with slightly reduced accuracy, but it even blinks yellow without any magnet near the CANCoder at all. The device doesn’t show up in Phoenix Tuner, and connecting the encoder to the CAN bus doesn’t change the LEDs at all.

Has anyone been experiencing this issue as well? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Our CANCoders have been working correctly I would say that if none of the CANCoders are showing up in the tuner then there might be a problem with the can bus still.

If you’re not seeing it in Phoenix Tuner, make sure it’s up to date.

Secondly, how are you working the power to the CANCoder? According to the user guide, you need to supply it with 12v. My team has been using the 12v 0.5A slot on the VRM and haven’t had any issues with it not working so far.
