CANExceptionFactory error

I’m just wondering if anyone could help me with the errors that I’ve been getting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of possible causes.

  • Jaguars do not have unique ID’s (conflict)
  • Jags do not have correct firmware.
  • Sending to jag ID that is not present on the bus(although I thought this issue was fixed in the last update)
  • Poor termination

Some things that you could provide to help diagnose the issue.

  • 2CAN firmware version
  • 2CAN led state (red, orange, green)
  • 2CAN web dash status(main page)
  • Jag firmware version
  • 2CAN plugin for cRIO version.
