We just Re-imaged the crio so it’s right in my memory…lol Before starting make sure you run the NI-Update Service that comes installed with labview. Then just follow the directions carefully on this website. http://wpilib.screenstepslive.com/s/3120/m/8559/l/89727-imaging-your-crio
It took us about 2 hours to re-image ours cause we had problems connecting, just make sure ip address settings are good and you have everything updated.
Verify that the image listed is FRC_2013_v47.zip (Note: The picture above shows v46). If there is no image listed in this box or the image is not v47, make sure you have installed the latest update for your programming language.
Always use a cable and don’t try to image over wireless. Use either a cross over cable from the pc to the crio or use two of any kind of cables with the dlink in between.
Turn off any wireless adapters.
Make sure there is only one ip address set under the network adapter.
If the computer was used last year, make sure you are running the 2013 version of the imaging too.
The image is actually packed with Netbeans FRC plugins this year. When you install the plugins on your classmate (or whichever PC you’re using to image the cRIO) the v47 image will appear in the dialog box on the 2013 imaging tool. Our team drove themselves crazy looking for the standalone zip file too.
