Every time we try and load the firmware onto the radio, It throws an error saying it can’t find the NPF device except we checked and the computer detects the radio with the same name. It detects the radio when try to configure it but obviously throws a old firmware error. We’ve tried both ports. Any advice?
Did you try this?
If you see an error about NPF name, try disabling all adapters other than the one being used to program the radio. If only one adapter is found, the tool should attempt to use that one. See the steps at the bottom of this article for more info.

Also, are you plugging in the power to the radio after you click the load firmware button and are prompted?
Yes, and we aren’t given a prompt it just straight throws an error before we even power it.
I would just try using a different computer.
