I remember Nelly’s awesome SCREAM Queen get up, complete with cape. That was really cool.

Sorry our Captain Cranbrook cape was retired and recomissioned as a flag this year, as its wearer, Arturio Osorio, has graduated.

I was looking at a picture from Houston…had pictures of different people wearing capes…Does anyone know who the guy is with the red and white striped top hat and blue cape is? I believe he’s from Tech Fusion…279…
