Casing of CANCoder constantly comes off and causes unpredictable behaviour

We just bought 4 new CTRE CANCoders and mounted them onto our robot. We are using a heavily shielded wire harness which uses stiffer wire than the normal can wire. This, along with its added thickness keeps on ripping the cancoder housing off of the robot and moving our CANCoder around. The screw seems to instantly strip the threads on the housing base and we have cable relieved all of the wire and hot-glued the housing. It still seems to occasionally come off and we would like to avoid this during competition. Any suggestions?

Can you provide a picture of the underside of the CANcoder and the housing?

Typically those through hole solder pads are meant to be soldered and then the underside excess would be snipped off so the CANcoder sits flat in the bottom housing.
If the bottom plastic housing that holds the CANcoder down with 2 screws is stripped, you would likely need to replace the housing
