If you use a voucher to buy something, is that cost considered exempt? Also, when it says KOP are exempt, is that everything on the KOP or just like stuff in totes?
Yes, if you use a voucher from the KoP, whatever you buy (up to the quantity you buy), will be exempt from the KoP. You can include anything in the KoP from this year, including the rookie KoP even if you are a veteran team (again, only up to the quantity received in the KoP). Refer to R12 and the blue boxes as well as Team Update 01.
