CD changed characters in an HTML link address

I pasted a link in a Reply but if it is clicked on the % 2 D (dash) characters and % 3 A (colon) character are changed to “-” and “:” and then doesn’t work right. Somehow the Google Chrome browser is fussy about this so the address shouldn’t be changed but left as I entered it in my reply.

The original with spaces so it doesn’t auto-link
h t t p s : / / l i m e l i g h t v i s i o n . i o / # : ~ : t e x t = F i e l d % 2 D o f % 2 D V i e w % 3 A % 2 0 5 9 . 6 % 2 0 x % 2 0 4 9 . 7 % 2 0 d e g r e e s

What it tries but fails to link to with the “-” and “:” substitution
h t t p s : / / l i m e l i g h t v i s i o n . i o / # : ~ : t e x t = F i e l d - o f - V i e w : % 2 0 5 9 . 6 % 2 0 x % 2 0 4 9 . 7 % 2 0 d e g r e e s
