Now I see why we have such powerful servers.

A special Thank you to the Moderators - you make the community of FIRST proud with the tireless vigil you keep on the site.

I think a thanks is in order for making this community what it is: the de-facto place to discuss FIRST, and without a doubt the smartest forum on the internet.

Would FIRST be as amazing if not for CD? I mean it would still be this amazing place for students and mentors to be but the explosion of innovation and gathering of people together across communities has to have been greatly effected by CD.

Seriously, FIRST will always be FIRST, but as soon as the competition day is over, the first thing I do is run home and check CD, and see what everyone is saying about that day. I go on it more than facebook, which is saying something

I’ve learned 90% of what I know about FIRST from discussion’s on CD. Thanks to everyone who makes this possible. I owe a lot to the CD crew. I guess I should also thanks all the FIRST experts who take time out of their lives to live on CD with the rest of us and impart their wisdom to me… erm, us

Thanks everyone!

These forums are the repository for much of the institutional knowledge base for FRC and have helped teams, students, and mentors far beyond the “process” evaluation of numbers posted.

It was thrilling to meet some of the people at CMP whom I felt like I “knew” (but I had never met them before) because of conversations that had taken place on these forums.

And we cannot begin to thank Mike and Brandon and everyone involved for supporting NEMO (non-engineering mentor organization). Without these forums NEMO would not exist. We had our 8th! annual meeting at the CMP this year. Up to 700 members registered in NEMO.

As Woodie would say “Good stuff”. Thank you.
