Television(out of picture): Hi, I’m Richard Simmons, and welcome to my new program: “The Simmons Disco Sweat Workout: Trackball edition.” Are you ready to begin?

Boys: YEAH!

Simmons: Great! Lets start off with the “hurdle” maneuver. This excercise requires two balls and a group of three partners. You will take turns hurdling the balls high into the air, while the third partner runs in circles. Are you ready to get your groove on?

Boys: YEAH!
