The next contestant (background, in green) has already forfeited, knowing that he would soon be facing either a really good player or a really scary bad player. Or Billfred.
Billfred so wanted to dress the blue bot up in a curly haired wig and give it a clipboard, but Andy Grady wouldn’t let him (we now know that honor is reserved only for Andy at Grady-Boucher game nights). Billfred managed to imagine the bot in “Jess Mode” anyway. Note he still lost. Again.
Billfred unsuccessfully tries to
change his lack of street
cred by staging a fight.

and robots.
Poor BillF.
He lost.

(The cooopertition got so intense, they were at it for quite a while. Tim (the fellow in the green shirt) is shown just a few seconds after he gave up waiting.)

Sam: Billfred, no matter how many times you press the button, no little clipboard is going to pop up. This is Rock 'em Sock 'em - not Smack 'em. There is no clipboard.
Billfred is the ultimate multi-tasker. He we see him playing Rock’em-Sock’em robot with one hand while keeping the other hand ready to ward off Jessica “The Clipboard” Boucher.
Billfred’s frustration is evident as he learns how to ballroom dance. Sam’s smile indicates that the podiatrist approved remedial dance tool is very effective. Sam: “He’s getting the steps but we will have to work on his smile for the judges”
