Half man, half Princess Sparkly, Wayne was trying out to be the 13th sign of the Zodiac. Unfortunately he lost and had to settle for being a Master of Ceremony for some crazy robotics program.

Wayne: “Wait a minute… this isn’t the fairy princess convention!! But these robots do look kind of cool. Maybe I’ll stay for a little, and check it out.”
