How to get the programmers to work on the vision: Tell them that if they don’t, the robot will have a 1-9 record on the field due to the drivers freezing into a position where they can’t see the field.
Overheard during a shop tour…
Guide: And here we have our two programmers playing their favorite practical joke on the mechanical guys.
Guest: I don’t understand, it looks like they are just goofing off.
Guide: I agree, but the programmers insist that their, “software is compiling”, whatever that means.

you know you have skill when you are having super while programing with a game controller and everybody is convinced you are doing neither.

[npoe] HAHA Another 2415 pic to caption! Muahaha! #gateamsftw [/npoe]
2415’s programmers were stuck, and didn’t know what to do. Just then, MacGruber bursts in and says, “I can help you. Hand me those two sprites.” He chugs one of them down, then holds up the other and says, “Sprite. The official soda of Team 2415.” He then exits as quickly as he entered. The programmers, now more perplexed than ever, try to put together what had happened. Then the driver station exploded.

Finally, proof that everything that goes wrong is NOT the programmers fault.
I love the 3D on this new game. It feels like it’s really in the room!
And this is your brain on Dew and chips…
Here we see 2415’s programmers actively working. Later, when all that “work” takes it’s toll, they don the sunglasses from the table and maintain their position while catching some ZZZ’s…

You had to look up what “Please go away” meant? [/nae]
The multi-tasking abilities of 2415 members are well known. Here we see an example of a 4 multi-task event: chillin’ slackin’ drivin’ and munchin’
It should be no surprise that their robot brochure/flyer that year included “Innovative Drive Team methods” among other things
