The GDC decided that the current penalties are too light. Now, if you break a rule, you will be arrested. Fortunately, you have the right to a lawyer in court.
This student read about Houdini and thought he was better then him.
Student: “Zip tie my hands, behind my back and I will be able to get out of them. No matter how much I plead DO NOT let out of them”
Two weeks later the student has now learned how to eat with his feet.
Historical note: Zip ties were not invented yet when Houdini was around.
