GDC testing of the 2021 water game was called off after three GDC members lost fingers. Apparently having the primary game objective be to catch sea life isn’t compatible with Safety Theater.

Marshall when the 2019 rules disallow the use of ROS, LIDAR and virtual reality, require not one but two bags for robots at stop build complete, thorough and accurate tracking of everything (fasteners, wire, building hours, software development time, etc) on the CAW, and have only one legal motor.

R14. Physical ROBOT elements created before Kickoff are not permitted.

A:  Biologic materials (human or otherwise) may not be used on the 2019 robot nor may they be brought in as part of the Withholding Allowance.  This includes cartilage, bone and/or teeth (from formerly living things, recently deceased or part of the geologic landscape) used to interact with the carpet or gain an advantage in contact with other robots.
