The rules, for the newbies.

And the picture:

As always, the deadline is nominally Sunday at midnight Eastern.

Go!

So our CIMs failed, the only thing we have to replace them is window motors, and you waited until SHIP DAY to tell me?

Wait, this is an Excel spreadsheet, not Solidworks.
I thought you were showing me the CAD model?

“We ARE starting here!” Points to field diagram. “But you state if we start here.” Tapping his finger on the field diagram. “That there is a 99.98% that we loose the match.”

“Where should we start the match?”

“Right where your pointing sir.”

End of strategy meeting.

Mr. V: “Okay, when the match starts I want the robot to go to the light gray area and wait for our alliance partners. When they show up, we will proceed to the slightly darker area. At the end of the match, we will go to the dark gray area.”
John: “Strategy meetings would be so much better if we would invest in a color printer.”

Coach: “See, it says right here that I don’t necessarily have to use my safety glasses at all times.”

Student: “Ah, coach, that’s a handwritten note - looks like your handwriting.”

“Hmmm… what should I wear today. Let’s see.” (Browsing through identical shirts in closet) “Black and Yellow… Black and Yellow… Black and yellow… OOOHH! Yellow and Black! Yeah! Let’s shake it up a bit!”

At this spot on April 8, 2003 at the Midwestern FRC Regional at exactly 10:17 am nothing at all funny occurred.

I wear my safety glasses on my head for the same reason most people wear it on their eyes: to protect from mistakes.

So you think flipping upside down will work? And get us over the barrier?

With it being the 2003 game, i was gonna make a joke along the lines of “our match strategy needs to take inspiration from Obi Wan, its over if we take the high ground” but then had the sudden realisation that 2003 predates revenge of the sith…

Let’s get judgy!
