look in the award section of the FIRST website for more information about the video. Tthey are very specific about file format, aspect ratio, etc.
Hate to see anyone go to all that work and then get tripped up on a technicality.
In case you are curious, we used Adobe Premier to assemble it. I know there are other programs out there. We happen to have a member who was taught this in school and has a subscription.

For our Chairman’s Video we are using iMovie on a MAC because a lot of people in our team believe it’s more user friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
