Chameleon Vision Installation Error: "Unable to access jarfile chameleon-vision-2.3-RELEASE.jar"

Hello.
I am trying to go through the setup process for chameleon vision. I have been following this guide but have gotten stuck when trying to install chameleon vision.

When running the command ‘java -jar chameleon-vision-2.3-RELEASE.jar --unmanage-network’
I get the error “Unable to access jarfile chameleon-vision-2.3-RELEASE.jar”.

I am using a raspberry pi 3 running the basic raspbian os.
Please help, thanks.

Usually means the file does not exist in your current directory. Also please delete your other topic.

first things first, make sure you have your raspberry connected to internet. Try pinging google or something.
