Championship All Division Pre-Scouting Spreadsheet

The scouting team on 1987 created an all division pre-scouting spreadsheet. It should be editable by all. Generally we would like each team themselves to self report.

You can look at 1987 on Carson for a quick example.

It appears that you have some teams misplaced in terms of divisions. You may want to edit that.

We believe it is corrected, thank you.

I’d suggest adding a description cell at the end of each row so everyone can post their own strategy. This will let everyone see how each team will play (offensive/defensive).

When I open the spreadsheet, it appears the team list for Newton is the same as the team list for Carver.

Please do not change another team’s answers, or answer for them. Remember gracious professionalism. Thank You!

I’m sorry, this may not be the right thread, but does anyone know which division 469 and wave robotics are in? I can’t seem to find them anywhere.

Goto frc.divisions.co

They didn’t qualify.

Unfortunately, 469 didn’t make the MSC this year and couldn’t qualify for champs.
2826 were finalists at North Star and didn’t win a Wildcard, so they are also not going to be attending champs.

Hey all -

Please remember that this is a public document, and being able to edit anonymously doesn’t give you the freedom to write whatever you want.

I deleted a comment in the spreadsheet earlier this evening that read along the lines of “bad don’t scout not even worth your time”. I don’t want to be the “GP Police” and bring down that hammer, I don’t think I need to explain all the reasons that’s absolutely not appropriate (though I’d start with “how would you feel if you read a comment like that about you?”), but I hope I don’t see it again. That’s not what we’re about here. That’s the kind of comment you keep to yourself.

That aside, thank you 1987 for putting this together, and thank you to everyone who has contributed so far! This is a great resource (especially for those of us who don’t have the time to research 600 teams), and it’s interesting to see the differences in how each division is filling this out both stylistically and information-wise (ex/Carson seems to have added a few extra fields).

Thank You, we are happy to see that the spreadsheet is getting a lot of use. Also, thank you for deleting those kinds of comments, we’ve had to do the same. Team 1987 takes this seriously, and hopes that other teams will follow suit.
