Those of you who have the TB Nanos already, is it possible to switch out the gears like in the fullsize TBs? I’m looking to drop down to the 40/24 ratio (want something halfway between a Stackerbox and a TB). It seems from the CAD drawings that space in the housing wouldn’t be an issue and center-center distance should theoretically be the same, but is it possible to remove the shafts and gears, etc?

I suspect you might be able to change them. And since the gearbox was assembled in the first place, my guess is that you can take it apart too. I didn’t see any welds holding it together, it appears to be a single piece of rectangular tubing, with a screw retaining the idler shaft.
Figuring out how to take transmissions apart has been a passion of mine since I fixed one in a toy car when I was 6.

it is possible we added the longer shafts and it would be posible to change the gears but the gearbot is a single piece of Chanel.
