Changing kF and kP of a talon don’t affect PercentOutput, right?

I am using PercentOutput instead of Velocity as the control type in a talonSRX. If I set a kF and kP, they don’t affect anything since im not using feedforward, correct?

kF and kP are only used for closed-loop control, so you’re correct.
