We are using a Cheap and Dirty Radio Controller System to practice driving a robot using tank drive in the offseason. We plugged in the motors to the corresponding channels but are still running into problems with the right joystick’s controls being inverted. Any tips for how to fix this? Thank you!
Assuming it is not a NEO, swap the motor controller output wires on the right-hand side.
Cheap and dirty, that will work. But, highly advise NOT doing that on the competition robot.
Sure, it will work. But, when you eventually discover (and fix) the thing that caused the error to begin with, it will stop working and, at that point, nobody will remember that you had previously swapped the wires.

You need the USB TX programming cable and transmitter reprogramming software. I use Digital Radio, which has a free version that will let you invert the signal. The manufacture also has their own software, but it’s frankly terrible.
