Check on Autonomous mode using Vision 2011

Hello I am a rookie programmer and We are using the camera for our autonomous mode (no sensors). I was trying to made a code that once the camera was centered around a pole, the robot would move 2-3 seconds forward then stop. Also to have the arm raise at the same time for 3 seconds then slowly come down. I’m sure there are flaws in my code and need some help. We haven’t had a chance to test out our autonomous mode because we ran out of time.
