Ok so im doing my homework in the same room as my little sister and she is watching the disney channel. Anyways, all of the sudden i here the word robotics and they are talking about this kid named Daniel who is a programmer for team 294 i believe. It was really cool how he talked about Dean Kamen and everything he has done for the world. They talked about FIRST, and the competetion. This seems like one of the best ways possible to get the word out to the younger ones just starting to get into FIRST and possibly FLL.

I remember they televised one event and that’s what started me wanting to join. First I joined the Lego League and got acquainted with some students on the last years team. When I got into High School the first thing I did at ClubFest was sign up for robotics.
So possibly just more coverage of events not just documentaries would really get the message out there for youngsters to join.
