i dont know about anybody else, but chief delphi has been almost like a mecca for robotics teams. in the never-ending evolution of this site, i think it would be a really cool thing if there was a chat room on this site. i dont know if brandon can pull it off, but if he could i think it would be nice to have. a chat room will probably eliminate the problems of a few people posting multiple times under one thread rapidly, like they are chatting. i dont know, its just a suggestion/idea. :rolleyes:
There used to be a chat room but it was taken out because hardly anyone used it.

We had a web-based chat. It didn’t work too well with 5-6 people, I can’t imagine how many people would be on it concurrently now. I wouldn’t want to have to be responsible for watching over that, too.
But, why wreck a good thing, as John pointed out. Tigerbolt is a great chat room, and we wouldn’t want to try and compete with that.
We’ll just stick with the forums & ventures for now. 
I remember it was empty most of the time, anyways. When it wasn’t empty, there were about 5 people in it. Of course, CD had about half the members there are now, but I don’t think it would be much different if there was still a chat here.
