Chief Delphi Pages look scrambled

I’m having some trouble accessing Chief Delphi on my computer and phone recently, and was wondering if anybody else has seen anything similar. Parts of the website are being scrambled around in weird ways and sometimes don’t return to the right places for a while.

Here’s an example from my phone, but I’ve seen similar and worse issues on my computer too: http://imgur.com/WV8izUH

I have cleared my phone’s cache/cookies/history and haven’t jailbroken it or anything like that. When the screenshot was taken, I was connected to a secure and fast wireless network. I’ve also seen similar things happen on my computer running Chrome on win 8.1 with a wired connection to the same network.

I honestly have no idea why this is happening - it’s happened across multiple devices without me logging in to anything, so it’s either a problem with my college’s network or with Chief Delphi, neither of which seem very likely, considering nobody else has reported issues.

It seems like a picture (was that someone’s profile picture?) inserted itself into the <td> tag of the table that holds the center bar. And also rearranged the order of things.

Could you reproduce it on a desktop on Chrome, and then inspect the source (right click on the affected parts, Inspect Element)? Sounds like the CSS got messed up, but only for your devices, which is weird.
