Climber in a Box delays?

Our team ordered the CiaB from AndyMark when they became available on Feb 2nd, but our order status still is labeled as “Open”. The website says they have a shipping delay of 2-3 days, but it’s been almost 2 weeks.

Has anyone that ordered a CiaB on that same day received theirs yet?

I’m just paranoid that somehow our order got lost. The Climber is the last part of our robot that we need.

Have you reached out to AndyMark with your question? I’ve always found their customer service to be pretty quick in replying to questions like this!

Yes, I called last week and they stated they would begin shipping them out on Thursday. I’ll try calling again.

I ordered them when they became available as well. On 2/10 (Friday), we got an email from AndyMark customer service saying that they hadn’t shipped climbers yet due to weather related delays. The email we received said that climber parts were being kitted and would ship early this week.

Hey all,

We’re shipping many CiaB orders today and early this week. We had a crew in over the weekend working hard to kit all the sub kits and pack them into boxes. A couple delivery dates on some sub components slipped by a couple of days, but things are moving out the door today in the order we received orders for them.
